PLAYERS WANTED
Whether you have
been a player at the club in the past, have a friend that wants a game, or are
just looking for a social hit out – come and be a part of a successful club and
get involved. All players welcome. Senior training is every Tuesday and
Thursday night from 5.30pm onwards at the Brighton main oval. For enquiries
contact our Performance Manager, Ian Wallace on 0418 826 843 or just turn up to
training and get involved!

NEWS OF PASSING OF A CLUB LEGEND
"It is with the deepest sadness
and shock that I inform you of the death of Vera Friend as a result of an
accident on 19th November 2009. Vera was the A Grade scorer at Brighton for 20
years up until the late 1990's. Even after her retirement she was regularly
seen at the Brighton Club. Her son Brian also played at Brighton and was a
member of the 1977 A Grade premiership side. The Friend family have been
associated with the BCC since the mid 70's. Our deepest condolences are passed
to Vera's husband Jack and children Brian and Debbie.
